ANTIBACTERIAL POWDER-COATED SHEET METAL CLEANROOM WALL PANELS

    Our antibacterial powder-coated sheet metal cleanroom wall panels are built using a custom-designed aluminum frame, enclosed on both sides with 0.8 mm thick antibacterial powder-coated steel sheets. The core is filled with 110 kg/m³ density slab-type rock wool insulation.

The outer surface of the panel is coated with an anti-static, dust-repellent, and bacteria-resistant powder paint.

Thanks to specially designed joining profiles and gaskets, the panels can be assembled and disassembled individually with an airtight seal. This feature offers significant convenience during initial installation or future modifications.

Curved baseboards eliminate sharp corners, preventing particle accumulation and allowing for easy cleaning.

Anodized aluminum or antibacterial powder-coated utility ducts mounted between panels allow easy routing of electrical and plumbing lines to desire
