HPL MODULAR CLEANROOM WALL PANELS

    Our Cleanroom Wall Panels consist of a specially designed aluminum frame, both sides covered with 4 mm thick HPL (High Pressure Laminate) compact laminate plates. The core is filled with insulation materials such as rock wool or high-density EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), depending on the requirements.

The outer surface of the panel is made of HPL compact laminate, which does not retain dust, inhibits bacterial growth, and is easy to clean.

Thanks to special joining profiles and seals, the panels are completely airtight and can be assembled and disassembled independently of each other.

This feature offers great convenience during cleanroom installation or for future revisions.

Curved coved skirtings are used to eliminate sharp corners, preventing particle accumulation and ensuring easy cleaning.

Anodized aluminum utility ducts mounted between panels allow easy installation of electrical and water infrastructure wherever needed.
