HPL CLEANROOM CEILING PANELS

    Our cleanroom ceiling panels are installed as follows:
First, a supporting ceiling frame is constructed using specially designed aluminum profiles coated with antibacterial electrostatic powder paint.

All grid openings, except those designated for HEPA filters and lighting fixtures, are covered with double-sided 5 mm thick HPL panels.

All joints are then sealed with silicone to ensure the ceiling becomes completely airtight.

Just like in the wall panels, curved coving profiles are used at all ceiling-to-wall intersections. This prevents the formation of sharp corners, minimizing particle accumulation and facilitating easy cleaning.
