304 GRADE STAINLESS STEEL CLEANROOM CEILING PANELS

    Our 304 Grade Stainless Steel cleanroom ceiling panels are produced as follows:
First, the ceiling framework is constructed using specially designed aluminum profiles coated with antibacterial electrostatic powder paint.

The grid openings, except those reserved for HEPA filters and lighting fixtures, are covered with 0.8 mm thick 304 grade stainless steel sheets.

Afterwards, all joints are sealed with silicone to ensure the ceiling is fully airtight and leak-proof.
